Techbrein is looking for a energetic Telemarketing Executive for supporting the growth of company.
Minimum Experience of 0 to 1 year in Telemarketing in IT industry.
Freshers with good communication can also apply.
Roles&Responsibilities:
- Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s services, a political talking point or charity appeal to persuade potential clients.
- Explaining services.
- Answering clients information about services.
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
- Following up on previous clients for potential sales.
- Maintaining records of clients contacts.
- Completing client surveys to obtain information about potential clients.
- Business lead Generation and follow up with Marketing Team.
- Obtain contact details of potential clients from sources including directories and others.
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective clients.
- Answer telephone calls from potential clients.
- Contact clients to follow up on initial interaction .
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
- Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
- Service knowledge.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- Fluent in English and good communication skill.
