Your work will focus on simplifying complex processes while considering all user scenarios and ensuring a seamless experience. You will create detailed documentation, including marked-up screenshots and media, to enhance user understanding and faster execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop easy-to-follow user guides, setup manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting content.
- Break down complex technical concepts into simple, actionable steps.
- Create visual aids (screenshots, videos) with clear labels and numbering for step-by-step processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gain an in-depth understanding of the product and its use cases.
- Continuously improve content based on user feedback and product updates.
- Ensure content adheres to SEO best practices to enhance visibility and engagement.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably for internet-based products or B2B SaaS.
- Strong ability to simplify and structure content for a non-technical audience.
- Experience with content management systems or eCommerce platforms is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is preferred.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- University degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent) preferred.
