Job Summary:
Interface with customer to solve their product related queries and implement new modules for existing customers of TRAACS – the integrated financial management platform for the Air Travel Industry.
Designation: Specialist – Business Analysis
Location: UL Cyberpark, Kozhikode, Kerala
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Responsibilities:
New Project Implementation – Engage with customer, analyze and see possibility of mapping the customer needs with products’ existing features.
Get it approved by customer representative.
2. Implementation of new modules for existing customers
Analyze and document new features.
Get Effort estimation from delivery team & get commercial approval
Get customer’s approval on scope of new features.
